IMB Centre for Pain Research

One in five Australians live with chronic pain. For about 65 per cent of these people — including children, teenagers and adults — pain has a big impact on their day-to-day lives. It also has a big impact on the Australian economy — costing more than $34 billion per year. IMB’s Centre for Pain Research is working to improve the lives of people living with chronic pain.
